Upcoming events

Information about some events in our locality.

  • St. Paul's Church Arran Quay is now a Church for young people. On Saturday evenings at 19:30 they have a Taize ceremony, with songs chants and Holy Communion.
  • There is also a Taize ceremony at 8pm in St. Catherine's on Dorset Street, behind Dominic Street Church, with contemplation, songs and a social afterwards (very worthwhile evening in a beautiful old abbey).
  • Rosary at Servant of God Frank Duff's Grave Glasnevin Cemetry 4th Sunday of each month at 3pm.
  • Frank Duff Prayer Meeting 1st Thursday of each Month in Frank Duff's House at 8pm.
  • 1st Friday Devotions: Regina Coeli Hostel Oratory on the 1st Friday of each month at 8pm.
  • Mary Street every 2nd Saturday meeting at the I.L.A.C. Centre from 2 to 4pm.
  • Patrician meetings (Catholic Faith discussion groups) are held on the 1st Thursday of each month at 8pm (Open to people of all ages) and there is a Disscusion Group for Young Adults held on the last Tuesday of each month at 8pm for people under 40Yrs of age. Both are held in Presentata House 263 North Circular Road. They are a great way to learn more about our Catholic Faith.
  • "FRANKLY DUFF" etc!
    Audio or printed Talks are available on the lives of Frank Duff, Edel Quinn and Alfie Lambe, at the "Talks" link in each of their sections of this website. There are also audio talks on the True Devotion to Mary which are under the "Spirituality" section of the site.

The area of the lay apostolate today is extraordinarily enlarged. And so the commitment of your typical vocation becomes more impelling, stimulating, alive and relevant.
